This website is operated by M.S.T., INC., a company incorporated in Japan (hereinafter referred to as “MST”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
These Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all users who use this site, including customers, browsers, and content contributors. By accessing this site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by all the conditions of these Terms.

2.1 Price & Description Changes
All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. Product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will reflect the true color or appearance.
2.2 Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Certain items, especially made-to-order or custom-designed products, may not be eligible for return or cancellation. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
2.3 Contract Formation
Please note that the automated order confirmation email sent immediately after placing an order does not constitute our acceptance of your order. A binding sales contract between you and us is only formed when we verify product availability and send you a separate shipping confirmation email (or an explicit notice of acceptance).
2.4 Order Limitations & Refusals
We reserve the right to limit or refuse any order you place with us, including cases where items are out of stock. In the event that we cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at the time of order.
3. Billing, Payment & Account Information
3.1 You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made on our store. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders that appear fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.
3.2 You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for any purchases made and agree to keep your payment details up to date. All transactions are processed securely via third-party gateways.
4. Shipping, Customs & Delivery
4.1 Please note that all products are dispatched internationally from our warehouse in Japan. While Southwick is a brand with American heritage, we do not ship from the United States.
4.2 We only deliver to specific countries and regions. Please refer to our [Shipping Policy] for details regarding eligible destinations, shipping fees, and estimated shipping times. Purchasers must check the delivery status and estimated delivery date themselves using the tracking number (shipment number) provided in the shipment confirmation email.
4.3 International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and any import-related fees as per local regulations.
4.4 We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, natural disasters, labor disputes, or carrier service interruptions.
4.5 Once a shipment is confirmed, risk of loss transfers to the purchaser.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Region-Specific Rights
5.1. General Principles
All returns and exchanges are subject to our general "Returns & Exchanges Policy." Customers must obtain prior approval from us before returning any products. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted or eligible for a refund. Unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law, made-to-order items, customized products, and used items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable for any reason.
5.2. Region-Specific Rights
In accordance with the mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer's location, specific rights apply to customers in the following regions:
(1) United States, Canada, Japan, Other Asian Countries, & Other Eligible Regions:
While consumers are protected under their respective local consumer protection and contract laws, returns and exchanges for convenience are generally governed by the conditions set forth in our "Returns & Exchanges Policy" (e.g., items must be unused and in their original condition).
(2) EU Member States & United Kingdom:
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) and local consumer regulations, you have the right to withdraw from the contract (cancel your order) without giving any reason within 14 days from the date you receive the products, excluding made-to-order or customized items.
(3) South Korea, China, Taiwan, & Russia:
Under local e-commerce and consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order and request a return without giving any reason within 7 days from the date you receive the products, excluding made-to-order or customized items. However, to provide a better customer experience, the longer 14-day return window set forth in our "Return & Exchange Policy" will take precedence and apply to your order (excluding made-to-order or customized items).

These Terms remain effective unless terminated by either party. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach any term. All obligations incurred before termination shall survive.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court in the first instance. Users outside Japan agree to comply with their local laws.
